Do you know a good skincare system for late twenties?
I have just turned 26. I used to use Clinique three-step but got bored, and then use Simple in the same three-step system.
I want to use something new which will be more for my skin as i get older. I’m starting to see laughter lines. I have dry and sensitive skin.
Do you know of a skincare system which would be good for skin in the late twenties?
Thanks.
Do not grow any older.
try the egg mask its great for all ages and one of the best for skin care try it get the ingredients for the mask here and also a detailed explanation
Murad has a great anti aging skin line. Its very moisturizing and I have sensitive skin and have freak reactions and haven’t had problems with it!
If you have dry sensitive skin then the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is what you need. It doesn’t have the fancy packaging but the product is fantastic! As far as moisturises go I like Avalon organics – Lavender Daily Moisturiser. The Avalon cleansing milk is pretty good to.

Try to olay “beauty fluid” its brilliant it keeps you skin mosturised for ages, i’ve been using it for years.
You are 1 year older than me and like you, I’ve used Clinique before. It was good at first but after a while, it doesn’t have any effect on my skin. The same goes for SK II and Shiseido.
Try Laneige. It’s a Korean skincare products. I’m currently using that. It works wonder for me. I’ve been using the products for more than 5 months now and my colleagues always complimented my skin. They said it’s very healthy looking.
After using the products, my dark eye circles are gone. Skin is more supple now and less oily. [I have combination skin and face the computer everyday].
Whatever your age and whatever skin care product you you have in mind you must always firstly consider your skin type.
For your sensitive dry skin type the product you choose should be able to moisturize and add nutrients to prevent the skin drying out and losing its elasticity. Scented products may not be suitable for your skin type.
Ensure that you moisturize on a regular basis to prevent the signs of premature aging in the form of lines and wrinkles.
However, not only is it important to choose carefully the over the counter products it is vital that you adopt a skin care regime in general; eat a sensible diet, cut down on ready made meals eat fresh fruits and vegetables, oily fish, nuts and seeds. Cut down your alcohol consumption, and stop smoking. Drink lots of water, moisturize from the inside out.
Get plenty of sleep and take regular excercise, not only will your skin will benefit, you’ll look and feel better too.

We on the ELLE team – sadly no longer in our early twenties either – can’t live without Liz Earle. Their fuss free products use natural ingredients and are great for sensitive skin. Try the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, Instant Boost Skin Tonic and Skin Repair Moisturizer for dry skin. Alternatively we can also recommend the Lancome Primordiale range and Eve Lom products.
