Skin care I have been eating carbs, proteins and fats. I have been having pretty much a work out diet?
but on the other hand I notice I am lacking some other stuff.
My question is: what are the best food to eat along with what I am having so I can have a cleaner skin. I don’t have many but spots do come out at times. Also with I have constantly problems with ingrowing hair, is there any diet that could help me out withall these?

Just about everything has carbs, proteins and fats, just in different proportions. Add fish oil to your diet for great skin and weight loss.
